These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 58qm ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website at https://58qm.cam and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, promotions and customer support (collectively, the "Services").

58qm is an English-language online betting and casino platform built for players across Pakistan. All services are presented in English and all monetary values are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit or placing any wager on 58qm, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in full, including any additional rules, policies and guidelines referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

• "Account" means a registered user account created by an individual on the 58qm platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, denominated in PKR.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets or other non-cash incentives credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process, including submission of government-issued identification documents and proof of address or payment method as required by 58qm.
• "Platform" means the 58qm website, mobile web interface, any associated application and all associated Services operated under https://58qm.cam.
• "Services" means all sports betting markets, live casino games, slot titles, promotional offers, customer support and any other features made available on the Platform.
• "Stake" means the amount of real-money funds wagered on a single bet or casino game round.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum aggregate bet turnover that Bonus Funds must complete before any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Services is restricted, blocked or otherwise prohibited under applicable law or operator policy.

To register an Account and use the Services on 58qm, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your use of the Services:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age stipulated by the operator or the applicable licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be acting as an individual on your own behalf, and not as an agent, nominee or proxy for any third party.
• You must not be accessing the Services from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, contractor or close family member of an employee or officer of 58qm or any of its affiliated entities or software providers.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded, suspended or permanently banned from the Platform.

Each individual may hold only one Account on 58qm at any time. Opening, operating or attempting to operate more than one Account — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any outstanding Balance or Bonus Funds.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and for notifying 58qm promptly of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity carried out through your Account — whether by you or any other person using your credentials — shall be deemed to have been carried out by you and you shall remain liable for all such activity.

58qm reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) at any point during the Account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restrictions, suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.

All deposits and withdrawals on 58qm are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal thresholds are set by the Platform and are subject to change without prior notice. Current limits are displayed in the Account cashier section following login.

Familiar local payment references — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are listed for context. Actual payment methods available to your Account are confirmed at the cashier and may vary based on your location and account status. The mention of these payment provider names does not imply any endorsement of, affiliation with or support for gambling activities by those providers.

Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are prohibited and may result in reversal of funds and Account suspension.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. 58qm aims to process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the cashier. Processing times may vary depending on the selected method. 58qm reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal where fraud, money laundering or breach of these Terms is reasonably suspected.

58qm offers a range of promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free bets, cashback and tournament prize pools. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which form part of this Agreement and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

Unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, the following general conditions apply to all Bonus Funds credited to an Account:

• Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be converted to withdrawable real-money Balance.
• Wagering requirements apply only to eligible bet types, markets and casino games as specified in the promotion terms. Wagers on excluded games or markets will not count towards the requirement.
• Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period.
• 58qm reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify wagering requirements or cancel a promotion at any time, provided that no retrospective changes will be made to bonuses already accepted and actively being wagered.
• Players may be required to opt in to receive a promotion. Opting in constitutes acceptance of the promotion-specific terms.
• Where a minimum deposit is required to trigger a bonus, only deposits meeting that threshold within the stated time window will qualify.

Abuse of promotions — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using low-risk hedging strategies to extract bonus value, or coordinating with other users — will be treated as a material breach of these Terms.

All bets placed on 58qm are subject to the applicable sports betting rules or casino game rules displayed on the Platform at the time of play. By placing a bet or launching a casino game, you acknowledge and accept those rules.

58qm reserves the right to void any bet or casino game round where one or more of the following circumstances apply:

• The bet was placed on an event or market that was made available due to a technical error, pricing error or manifest error in the odds.
• The outcome of an event is or may have been influenced by corrupt or irregular activity, including but not limited to match-fixing.
• The bet was placed after the relevant event or market had already settled or after the relevant cut-off time had passed.
• The User placed the bet while in possession of material non-public information that gave an unfair advantage.

Cricket markets — including PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments and bilateral series involving the Pakistan national team — are among the most actively traded markets on the Platform. Ball-by-ball live betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes and may be suspended at any time during play. Accepted bets will stand unless voided under the conditions above.

Casino games available on 58qm are provided by certified third-party software providers whose random number generators (RNGs) are independently audited. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run figures and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

58qm is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. It should never be viewed as a guaranteed source of income, a way to recover financial losses or a solution to personal financial difficulties.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Users from the Account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the net amount you can lose within a specified period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive reminders or automatic logouts after a defined period of play.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable during the exclusion period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 58qm and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent stage of Account operation.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other artificial means to place bets, access the Platform or interact with any Service.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, arbitrage exploitation, bonus abuse, chip dumping or any other activity designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Accessing the Services from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by applicable law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or tamper with any software, game engine, odds feed or security system used by the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any money-laundering, fraud or other illegal financial activity.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing any member of the 58qm support team or other Users.

All content on the 58qm Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, iconography, interface design, software code, data compilations, odds data and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 58qm or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 58qm.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 58qm, its directors, officers, employees, contractors and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, however caused and regardless of the theory of liability.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 58qm does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures and events outside 58qm's reasonable control may affect Platform availability.

Nothing in this clause shall limit 58qm's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting 58qm customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining verified real-money Balance (net of applicable Bonus Funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your last verified payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.

58qm reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A material breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
• Fraudulent, abusive or prohibited conduct has been identified.
• An Account holder is found to have been under the minimum eligible age at the time of registration.
• Regulatory, legal or compliance obligations require us to do so.

In cases of Account closure due to breach of these Terms, 58qm reserves the right to withhold any Balance or Bonus Funds pending investigation and, where a breach is confirmed, to forfeit such funds entirely.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its applicable gaming licence.

58qm makes no representation that the Services are appropriate, lawful or available for use in all jurisdictions. Users who access the Services from locations where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 (Pakistan). 58qm reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform — for example, through a notice banner or an email to the registered address on your Account.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the current version came into effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Services and may request Account closure.

We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days of receiving complete information from the User. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through direct contact, further escalation routes will be communicated to the User in writing.
